Stuck in an airport... Again

I do plan on posting about the honeymoon but for now I'm stuck in an airport and have nothing better to do so I'm posting out of order. It's so quiet in here right now, it doesn't seem right to be in here. Here's a picture:

So quiet. There's probably only about 5 people in here. We got here around 7pm local time last night and we don't leave until about 7am. It's now just after 1am, so only about 6 hours to go. Not too bad really. We found some chairs near a power outlet so we've been watching tv shows. See..

As you can see we also found some chocolate to keep us not hungry while we wait. Everything closed around 11 so we had to stock up.

Anywho, time to go eat some more M&Ms and watch tv!

Only 5 more days!

It's getting closer! Only 5 days left! I'm still not getting nervous, I have plans for everything so there really isn't anything to worry about. If something goes wrong it's not the end of the world anyway.

I finished the favors today, and the centerpieces were finished yesterday. Here's some pictures:

This is one of the centerpieces...

And the favors. They're filled with pink peanut M&Ms and chocolate covered peanuts. They look a bit dull in the picture but they're actually really cute...

And I fixed my guestbook to make it look better. I had one with just a white sheer ribbon and bow on the front and it looked really boring. I cut that one off and made my own. I think it looks much better and now it matches everything else too...

I might update again before the wedding but if not, I'll definitely be updating after! We're going to Jamaica for our honeymoon and I'm so excited! I'm even excited about the long flight and the layover in Toronto on the way back. I've never been there either so it should be fun :)

My days are numbered!

My non married days anyway. I almost said single days but I'm not exactly single either.

There are 10 days left until the wedding and things are starting to come together now. I have everything I need for the centerpieces so I can start working on that tomorrow, and I think all there is left to do is figure out some way to get the music for the ceremony outside, and to finish all the last minute things like centerpieces and favors and whatnot. Minor stuff. All the big stuff is done :)

I'm starting to wonder how many people actually read the back of the invitation where we said we're not doing traditional gifts. I've had a couple guests ask me where we're registered and what we would like for a gift. While gifts are great, we have been living together since December 2005 so we pretty much have everything we need. The one thing we do need though is money to pay off our honeymoon, among other things. And of course one must eat, and we run out of things and need to replace things on occasion and just like shopping in general, so we've asked for gift cards and donations in lieu of traditional gifts. Sounds reasonable right? As I've been telling all who ask, we really don't need any more toasters and our blender works fine, thanks :)
